While the nature of many of our products mean that inspection visits are unnecessary, or at best a low priority, without doubt many purchasing decisions will be better made after taking the opportunity to visit the property, or at least the site, that you are buying, along with the surrounding area. Only this way can you full appreciate what you are buying, and can more completely picture the investment you are making.

Our inspection vists are always conducted on a one to one basis, meaning that you are in control of the pace of the visit (within the parameters of ensuring you get to see what you need to see) Saffron VIP will take on the responsibility of organising your visit, including all local arrangements, and will ensure you are accompanied by a local representative who knows the projects, and the area, and has been fully briefed on your requirements.

When visiting our properties you will generally be met at the airport by a sales consultant and taken back to the hotel to relax and freshen up. You will be met a few hours later to go through the portfolio of properties that are of interest to you, and over the remainder of the trip shown the properties of your choice and the area in general.

To book a trip you do not always need to have a property in mind. One of our representitives will discuss your requirements and put together a portfolio that fits your budget and taste. However, most commonly clients have usually reserved a particular property before they travel (ensuring their property of choice is available on inspection) as reservation fees are generally fully refundable so there's no risk involved (You will be advised when making your reservation whether the reservation fee is fully, partially or not refundable).
