The Investment Deal
Clients are invited to purchase these properties with an investment of either €16,500 or €21,500, securing a 70% mortgage. The current owner will defer the balance of the purchase price for the full investment period, as well as meeting all purchasing costs, and pay all the running costs of the property, including the mortgage payments. The owner will then start selling fractions of the property on a promissory basis. Once sufficient fractions are sold (or after 24 months if this happens earlier) the investor will sell the property to the fractional owners for a price which generates him a 100% cash profit on his original deposit and fully redeems the mortgage. All the transaction costs of this sale will be paid by the fractional owners.
Not only that but you and your family will also be able to use your apartment for 2 weeks each year of the investment and be offered a preferential opportunity to purchase a fractional unit after the two years.
To secure this investment a €3,000 reservation deposit is required.
This is fully refundable until contracts are exchanged.
The deposit and all monies will go into a solicitors Escrow account in Portugal and will therefore offer clients who reserve complete safety with their monies.
