Excelia, the new branding for GFM have recently released a current list of enterprises who are, or shortly will be, operational in the Medina on Mediterania Saidia. These units are in addition to the bars and restaurants operating around the marina. Shops include additional cafes, furniture and cloths shops, banks and night spots. The medina is starting to generate a real atmosphere that will only be enhanced as more operators take units. The medina itself is looking to feel like a traditional Moroccan medina, but with a cleaner and more up-market feel. This aim is certainly being achieved.

Groupe Fadesa Maroc have relaunched themselves under a new brand, Excelia, with the aim of promoting the resort both locally and internationally. Many properties on Saidia are now occupied, and Excelia are keen to increase this number. To this end they are offering clients who purchased properties off plan a series of incentives to complete their purchase, and are willing to negotiate on the final details to convince you to complete on that property.
In all cases Excelia are absorbing the VAT increase that was imposed by the Moroccan goverment. Deals available thereafter vary from plot to plot and you are advised to contact us to discuss what we can secure for you.
