Easy Ownership
A small investment of just $7,500 will buy you 132 Paulownia trees together with a 21 year lease over 2,000 square meters of land ready for planting. These trees will be grown and managed by one of the region's major forestry management companies. After only 5 years the trees will be harvested and sold, giving you your first return. The plot is then replanted, repeating the cycle. Over the life of your investment you can get 4 harvests, giving you 20 years of guaranteed return (the 21 year lease is to allow for unforseen harvest or planting delays).

Princess Project Overview
The project is a sustainable timber plantation consisting of Paulownia trees, recognised as the fastest growing sustainable hardwood whose timber can be harvested and sold in just 5 years. The timber it produces is strong and durable, lightweight and fire resistant. Unlike many other timbers, the demand for Paulownia is not currently being met, and pricing is therefor calculable and secure. In addition, its rapid growth rate means that Paulownia is one of the best CO2 absorbing trees, making this an ethical as well as lucrative investment. The returns are calculable because a timber purchaser has contracted to purchase the timber, a contract backed by a liability guarantee insurance policy.
