The buying process

It really could not easier:

Firstly, to get an idea of budget you need to pre-qualify for a Portuguese loan - this is a quick and easy process which should take no more than a few days.

Secondly, choose some properties from our comprehensive portfolio and we will arrange for you to visit at your convenience - our properties are good, so you will not be disappointed.

Thirdly, if you find that perfect property, a formal loan application and supporting documents will be submitted to several lenders - this will ensure that you have best chance of success.

Fourth, expect to wait of four to six weeks for a decision because the Bank needs to survey the property and review your application.

Fifth, once approved you need to either travel to Portugal to sign the relevant documents, or simply appoint a Power of Attorney to act on your behalf - the first 6 months mortgage payments will start being transferred to your account.
